Established in 2011, Made is a construction and development company that specialises in custom new builds, renovations/extensions, and subdivisions. (Also formerly known as OpticBuild).

Made was established to create homes that people love. With a focus on cost effective building strategies, communication, and efficiency, we are passionate about maximizing the potential of your home or land. Made Building and Developments are a team of trade qualified, Licensed Building Practitioners, and certified members of the Master Builders Association.

We work in close collaboration between you and your chosen architect to ensure we have a perfect understanding of your vision. Don’t have an architect? We can also assist you in choosing a design partner to work with through our close industry contacts.

2   Quote

Once you are happy with your designs, we provide a comprehensive quote to ensure the project is within your scope and target budget.

3   Project Management

When you are ready to start constructing your dream home, we offer a full project management service – from the very beginning to the end. We will facilitate your design plans through council to approved building consent, mange all aspects of construction through to completion, and obtain Council Code of Compliance for you. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy the process.
