Originally founded in 1983 as Asset Construction, our company has always had a strong foundation in quality construction. In 1998, we rebranded as Andels Construction, and since then, we have continued to grow and evolve to meet our clients’ needs.

Together with our Project Manager, we selected Andels Construction to rebuild our homes, and it has been the best decision we could have made.
Darryl Cocker and his men were first class. There were no dogs, no loud music and every evening all rubbish was taken off the premises and the units they were working on would be vacuumed.
We have now been issued with a new Code of Compliance from the North Shore City Council and even the Building Inspector commented on the excellent standard or work.
Andels Construction has been working with AAA Design & Consultancy Ltd over the past eighteen months and we have come to know Andels’ principal, Darryl Cocker and his staff very well.
I have personally found Darryl and his team to be honest, reliable and conscientious. Their attitude is unusual in that they are prepared to go “the extra mile” to ensure client satisfaction and achieve their own high standards of values and workmanship, often without recognition or additional payment.
We have always found Andels receptive to the needs of the client and an excellent party to work with in a contract partnering relationship.
